It occurred to me today, seeing friends’ “Inktober” posts, that I was missing a great opportunity to share what I’ve been working on! This month, I’ve been helping my daughter with some projects she’s wanted to do.
Our first project was some of those peel and stick repositionable decals for car windows featuring “splat fairies:”
Yes, sadly, my daughter seems to have inherited my warped sense of humor!
We’ve ordered a test batch. If we like how they turn out, we’ll post links where you can buy them.
What we’ll be doing with ours:
- waiting to see if anyone does a double take when they see one on our car windshield (and probably laughing ourselves silly)
- randomly “sharing” the fun with friends and family because we like practical jokes
Hmmm… I wonder if they’re reading my blog posts? Hehehe
Harold & Louise: Troll Trouble Coloring Book
We just published the coloring book version of Troll Trouble! I’m waiting for the link from Amazon, but meanwhile, you can buy it on CreateSpace!
Our test audience really seemed to love this book!
Maria drew a series of cute ink sketches of cat silhouettes that she wanted expanded and turned into larger art. I’ve done five, and have three left to go. They’re very cute!
I’m looking forward to creating Zazzle products with them when we’re done, and maybe turning them into window decals too.
